No charge for cancellation, rescheduling or service change requests made at least 24 hours ahead of the appointment time.

Cancellation, rescheduling or service change requests made 2-24 hours ahead of the appointment time will incur a charge of $29+Tax.

Cancellation, rescheduling or service change requests made less than 2 hours ahead of the appointment time will incur a charge of $59+Tax plus applicable travel fees.

Failure to provide access to the property within 15 minutes of the appointment time will incur a charge of $59+Tax plus applicable travel fees.

Drone services are subject to weather, safety, and regulatory conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reschedule or cancel a drone service if circumstances make it unsafe or impractical to proceed.

In the case of a ListSimple cancellation of the drone service, the service will not be charged and the invoice will be adjusted accordingly and in line with our packaged pricing model. Should a revisit/reschedule be requested, the return visit will be billed at our regular service rates.

Drone video is provided on a best-effort basis and may be affected by weather or safety conditions. In these cases, still photos will be delivered and charged in full, while video may be limited or not delivered.

If video capture is compromised or not possible due to weather or safety conditions and a revisit/reschedule is requested, the return visit will be billed at our regular service rates.
